2. DO YOU HAVE A TRANSPORTATION SERVICE?
No, however, people can call a taxi or take it outside the airport. The tour is approximately five minutes, and costs approximately $ 14,000 during the day and $ 20,000 during the night.
3. IF I AM NOT HOSPED IN THE PLAZA DE LAS AMÉRICAS HOTEL, DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL?
No, access to the pool is exclusive for guests of the Portobelo Plaza de las Américas hotel.
4. HOW IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?
The full payment of the stay must be made by means of consignment or by credit or debit card. NOTE: full payment must be made up to one day before the arrival date of the reservation in low season; in high season, it must be done at least 15 days in advance.
5. DO CHILDREN PAY AS THE ADULTS?
Children under 2 years old do not pay any value. Children between 2 and 10 years old have a special rate. Children over 10 years old pay an adult rate. Check the rates on this link.
6. DO YOU HAVE AN ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN?
We do not have this service, however, we have 3 types of plans, like this:
Continental plan: breakfast included. Modified.
American plan: breakfast and dinner included.
American plan: breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

8. DO YOU COUNT ON BABY COTS?
Yes, we have a crib service. The person requesting this service must make the request at the reception of the reserved hotel.
